I plan to make a hell of a lot more money. Firstly, I work in energy conservation, so there will actually be funding for important research to help heal the whole planet.Secondly, I hope that there is a repeal of the tax cuts for the wealthiest people. Why? Because they DO NOT INVEST IN AMERICA. Instead, they're true capitalists: amoral, no patriotism: they invest in India and China. I don't have anything against those countries receiving foreign direct investment -- I think it is great -- but it shouldn't be at the expense of American infrastructure, American economic development, American research, and American education. And that's what's happened.I made more money when Clinton was in office than I do now. I now have a Master's Degree. Now that the Dems have reclaimed the Congress, I have hope for a future where the working class can maybe make a living instead of sucking the fumes of industry and large companies. More jobs, more infrastructure, more education, more money for the whole economy. At least that's my hope...Who knows? The Dems may get greedy with power and fuck everything up. But I hope that won't happen.
